Send custom emails and product review reminders.
This addon allows you to create multiple custom email notifications which are triggered when a review is submitted. Each notification has its own subject, heading, message, recipients, send conditions, and send schedule.
For example, you can create a notification which sends an email to the reviewer with a coupon if a 5-star review was submitted and the review was assigned to a specific category, or a notification to send an email to the support team of your business if a review was submitted with a bad rating.
If you are using WooCommerce, then you can also schedule a review reminder email to send to your customers after they purchase a product from your store, and automatically send a thank you email with a unique one-time coupon generated for the customer after they submit a review.
